When will I receive my flowers?

For our subscription service we will deliver every Wednesday!

Do I get to choose my flowers?

Nature is unpredictable. We let our talented designers choose local and fresh blooms that are determined by the season and what is available.

Can I customize my arrangement?

While we can’t customize your subscription order, we do offer a survey at checkout that offers broad guidelines to help accomadate what you are looking for. If you are looking to fully customized arrangement, please fill out an inquiry form with the specifics of what you are looking for and our designer will reach back out to you with more information.

How do I care for my arrangement?

We always recommend to change the water in your arrangement every day and check to make sure the vase is full as the flowers continue to drink!

Where do I pick up my order if I don't want delivery?

We offer pick up at Prema Designs from 9am- 6pm. We are located at 2626 Fisher Rd. Columbus OH 43204.
